The food was ok the ranch dressing and the onion rings were super salty. I liked the fish and I am very picky about eating fish it was crunchy and soft on the inside and melted in your mouth.
I'm a regular at the Thursday buffet. Love the food and the variety. Wait staff is friendly and makes sure I get refills on my tea. Have enjoyed the food on non-buffet days as well.
Vegetarian options: The buffet has a salad bar, and there's a vegetable dish with the main course options. Their charro beans are great, although that's not a vegetarian option with pork mixed in.

Portions have gotten smaller. Ordered Calamari, it was mainly onions. Told the waitress and she told the manager but nothing wad done about it. Must be new owners because I had to drop my rating.
