Everything was amazing! 10 out of 10 food and they are all so sweet! Their Horchata was the best I've ever had and their lemonade is absolutely amazing! Its definitely my go to birria spot from now on! 💖

South Texas Quesobirria is a food truck at The Moon Rock. The food is amazing, and the service is wonderful. The tacos are tasty and freshly made to order. The broth for dipping is right on. The rice is one of the best in the RGV. The quesobirria is the best, not even up for debate. The Horchata is the best ever, and the lemonade is absolutely amazing and made fresh. The Aguas frescas are so refreshing and not super sweet. The tacos with queso fresco and the burritos are so yummy. Everything they cook is delicious. The food is excellent, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is great. A little expensive for $13 for 4 tacos, but worth it. They have tacos for $1 on a certain day, 6 tacos minimum. Highly recommended.
