Best Puerto Rico food in the RGV!! Great stuff!! It's amazing!! Worth it!
The food is freshly made with true Puertorrican flavor. The chicken empanadas and the pernil are to die for. Great service!!
I wouldn’t call myself a foodie, but I travel often for both work and leisure, and I always make it a point to support small, local businesses wherever I go. One of my passions? Trying Puerto Rican food across the country—and today, I hit the jackpot.
A quick Google search led me to Wepa Caribe Food Truck, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. But I’m so glad I decided to give it a shot.

Based on customer reviews, Wepa Caribe is a food truck located at the Moon Rock in a vibrant food truck park with plenty of seating, other vendors, and a bar on-site. The overall great food includes a Cubano sandwich that is a lot better than some other places. The bread was toasted just right, with pulled pork and ham grilled to perfection. The size and flavor of the Cubano sandwich was just amazing, and the price was fair for this size as it can feed 2 people with no problem. Another customer tried the Tripleta sandwich, which was massive and flavorful. An alcapurria was also tried, crispy on the outside, piping hot, and packed with flavor. The food truck is one of the cleanest, most well-kept food trucks seen. The owner and his daughter are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and full of flavor. It is clear how much heart and hustle has been poured into this business, and the passion can be tasted in every bite.
