Mother's Day and we really like this restaurant but the specials were very disappointing for our special occasion. I was told the fish was sautéed but it did not look or taste like it, the presentation was a piece of fish on pasta no seasoning just bland no taste of other flavors, pasta sauce very runny pooled on the plate it had a hint of lemon no other flavors. Very disappointing. The shrimp and scallops sauce was bland also but had a good consistency.
We come to Holly Lake Ranch every year for the week of 4th of July, but this was our first time eating here. My 6 year old was hesitant at first but quickly declared this place as 10/10 would recommend. I had the Chicken Diane and he actually ate half my food, preferring it over his kids ravioli (which I ate some of and it was also delicious). He was starving when we got there and our server split my soup into two bowls so he could have some, too. We had tiramisu for dessert....read full review
