Went on a Thursday afternoon. Sliced brisket sandwich and coke slaw. It was okay, it was not great nor award winning. The brisket tasted more like pot roast. The slaw tasted store bought.

We went by yesterday to get some brisket for a reunion picnic that was today but they were already out for the day. Instead of sending me on my way, they offered to have it ready for me to pick up at 8am this morning (we'll before the normal open hour). They did NOT disappoint!! Of all the dishes brought, the brisket was the only one all gone!!! Thank you for offering to meet me this morning, such great customer service to match your amazing brisket!!

We went on a Friday for lunch. We got there at 1:20 and they had already sold out of their brisket, turkey, pork and potatoes. I was so bummed. I had heard such great things about the brisket and turkey. So my recommendation is GET THERE EARLY. I ended up eating the cowboy cornbread, macaroni salad and banana pudding. It was a very good lunch. I can’t wait to come back another day to try the brisket and the turkey. We ate outside on the picnic tables since it was a beautiful day outside. There is a bit of indoor sitting, but not much. Thank you for a great new to me place for BBQ.

By far some of the best BBQ we have had. The turkey was AMAZING!!!! The pepper jack sausage was so good and flavorful. The ribs fell off the bone. There is a yellowish BBQ sauce that is delicious. Blue Moon BBQ will be one of our regular places to eat out!! If you haven’t had it yet, you are missing out. Do yourself a favor and get some soon.

I would like to thank the crew at Blue Moon BBQ. Toni Moon, Matt Moon, and Cassandra. We recently used Blue Moon for a recent customer event. Their estimates on how much food would need was perfect. The people we fed that day loved the food! I had a chance to eat some of the brisket. Hands down the best brisket that was cooked perfectly. If you are near Blue Moon or looking to host a large group you need to stop in and they will take care of you. I would highly recommend Blue Moon to anyone looking for some great BBQ.
