My husband and I recently stopped at The Edge General Store in Edge, Texas, just outside Bryan and Hearne, and immediately knew we'd found one of those special Texas places that seem to be disappearing.
I originally stopped for lunch, but I left with a story!

Had a late lunch there last week. Really great burger and friendly staff. Will be stopping by again soon.
