The people in there need to quit if they hate their job that much. Screaming and throwing your hands in the air bc we want okra and not fries is childish and pathetic.

I met the worst customer experience after the longest wait times on my first experience, along with undercooked fries. I gave them a pass, bad days happen. However, I regret giving them a second chance. Cold food and bad customer service again. I threw everything up 4 hours later. Never again, which is what every local has told me too. They've sworn this location off, and it depresses me because I love my college station Chicken Express
Had one of the worst chicken express meals ever. The picture you are looking at is one of the spicy “tenders” that they gave me without the breading. All of the chicken was dry and some parts inedible.

I ordered 7 spicy tenders, roll, fries ,poppers and half sweet/unsweet tea. Cashier asked if i wanted half spicy,half regular...i said no,all spicy. I got 3 dried up shriveled spicy, 4 regular tenders, pure sweet tea. This seems DELIBERATE.

Bought a meal last night total came out to $11.90 so I gave the worker a $20 and 90 cents. When handing me my drink I accidentally spilled it so the worker went to grab some napkins so I could clean myself up. Eventually he handed me my food and I didn’t even notice he never gave me my change back which should have been $9. Went back to the store to get it back thinking it was a mistake but the employee says he gave me my change back. Not true at all. Stealing $9 is insane and I’m sure you needed it way more than i did if you have to steal and lie about it. TERRIBLE SERVICE
