Had one of the worst chicken express meals ever. The picture you are looking at is one of the spicy “tenders” that they gave me without the breading. All of the chicken was dry and some parts inedible.

I ordered 7 spicy tenders, roll, fries ,poppers and half sweet/unsweet tea. Cashier asked if i wanted half spicy,half regular...i said no,all spicy. I got 3 dried up shriveled spicy, 4 regular tenders, pure sweet tea. This seems DELIBERATE.

Bought a meal last night total came out to $11.90 so I gave the worker a $20 and 90 cents. When handing me my drink I accidentally spilled it so the worker went to grab some napkins so I could clean myself up. Eventually he handed me my food and I didn’t even notice he never gave me my change back which should have been $9. Went back to the store to get it back thinking it was a mistake but the employee says he gave me my change back. Not true at all. Stealing $9 is insane and I’m sure you needed it way more than i did if you have to steal and lie about it. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Fish and Gizzards are great, too. Love that you can sub out a drink for an extra side on combo meals. They also don't have a chicken sandwich at a chicken place. That is weird

Order took forever to get. Was told they had no spicy but it would take 10 mins. So I said I'll just do regular. Well that took over 30mins to get so if I would have known I would have said do spicy.

Came in at 12pm… no one in the lobby and was told it would be a 20 minute wait for chicken tenders. We are still sitting here waiting and the lobby is full of people with no food. I’ve never been to a chicken express that wasn’t busy and didn’t have chicken. Worst chicken express I have been to and Chicken E is our fave!
I honestly have never had a worse chicken express. I sat for 10 minutes in the drive through, which wouldn’t be a problem had I gotten fresh food. My chicken was SO old I couldn’t even bite into it. I asked for a number two spicy & only got 2 spicy tenders and the rest were regular. I do not recommend this chicken express.
Besides the food being horrible, the workers were kind.

Went to get dinner on New Year’s Day at 5:58 pm. I spent 42.19 to get home and my family fries were not in the bag. They were joking and talking which is fine but get the order correct! So my husband had to drive back into town 10 miles to get the food that should’ve been in the bag. When I called he ask if we were coming back or going to wait until tomorrow! Why would o do that! From the reviews I’ve read this place needs some mature adults there. I normally don’t eat here because it’s way too expensive and the chicken isn’t all that. I ordered an 8 piece mixed and they did not have legs or thighs 😡this is pitiful. And the other chicken place that was in HEARNE on Brown st. closed just to open this mess. How do you not have legs and thighs at 6 o’clock in the evening in the middle of the week. Sad I don’t know who’s the manager at this location but by the looks of it they don’t read the reviews. It’s all about the $$$ I will not be spending another $ here.

Just left from ordering through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes for a 2-piece fish order, sides and a 20-piece chicken strip order with a gallon of tea. Handed me the order which they left off the gallon of tea and the coleslaw. Not very satisfied with the timing of a fast-food drive through service.

We just came through the drive thru and I have to say that the lady taking our order was by far the rudest I have ever experienced at ANY fast food chain! Very rude and unprofessional!

Tenders were fine until I found a suspiciously small and thick piece of hair. I don't want to think about what that is but regardless if hair is getting in the food who knows what else is.
