I was not impressed with the food. Brisket and ribs where tuff. Almost tasted like they had both been smoked one or two days before and then reheated. Staff was friendly.

Had the 2 meat with ribs and brisket. It was great. The brisket was good with just the right amount of chew. The rib was the star. Best pork rib I've had in all of Texas. Beans were more of a ranch style or chili rather than just plain pinto beans but they're good. Potato salad was mustard/deviled egg style very good. The people are great as well. Well worth pulling off the highway for.

We enjoyed the smoked chicken and brisket on our way through town. They even cut up a serving of chicken for our puppy. It's a little bit off the main street but it's worth it. We ate at a neighboring picnic table in the shade because they don't offer inside dining but that's exactly what we were looking for because we travel with our puppy.

I came at 3 min to closing. They were out of most everything. I told them I would take anything. I got like a sample plate of 2 ribs, some smoked sausage and the half pound of Smoked Turkey. It was so so good. The smoked sausage was my favorite and the potato salad was so good, I kept eating it after I was full. I’ve were just Passing through and I saw it on the map. The best kind of family bbq.

Barbeque was just ok. Ribs and brisket were dry. Also never had brisket cut to small pieces. The flavor was there tho. The beans and potato salad were great.
