Wow!! This is the cleanest DQ I have ever seen!! One employee was halfway through mopping and just got fresh clean water to finish mopping!! The area behind the counter was clean and windows were clean!! Employees took pride in the store and were so nice and efficient!! The food was great and served hot with no errors!! I’m from out of state but travel Texas often. This is my new favorite DQ !!! Definitely my new favorite fast food!! ♥️♥️♥️ I have never written a review before!!

If you go to this location please beware and count your money out in front of them. I was there today 7/9/2025. My meal was $25.19 and I gave $40.19 and the manager disputed me down that I gave 25. I know what was given and was not going to argue with someone who had a bad attitude and raising her voice. In her case I will just let God deal with her. And deal with her he shall!

Cant even give this place 1 star. Traveling, I stopped at this location in Hearne. Sad to say but honestly this place should be closed down. from the crew to whoever the manager might be. Long wait times to finally receiving my order to where it was incorrect. Asked for cheese no cheese. All I asked for was a hunger buster combo with cheese, I did receive it cold burger cold fries and no cheese. You talking about a waste of time. Asked for the manger in charge they told me she hasn't been in the store about 10 days. Who's running this establishment. Who can I contact. I'm assuming there's no upper manager at this location.

Tried to order Snickerdoodle blizzard and they said they don't serve that even though it's on their menu. Try to order a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard they're out of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Tried to order Cookie Dough Blizzard and they're out of cookie dough. Sounds like they need NEW management because whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job!!!

We went here for a late night meal right before they closed. Our drive through lady was Kadejah, she was so kind, sweet and even gave me a Blizzard recommendation that was delish. I wish more people were like Kadejah, just happy to be at work and such a pleasure to visit with while we were ordering.

Needed a road trip break and got a blizzard. Yum, yum. No straw needed for those things.

I come here very often with my two kiddos as it’s our switch off place for when they go to their dads. The drive thru is always quick. The people inside are always great to us. My kids love to get their chicken fingers with their ice cream from the kids meals. I also love it, because the ice cream and scenery nearby attract bees. My ex is afraid of bees. Thank you for being the best spot for me!!!
