Great down home family restaurant located in the heart of Hearne. You can't go wrong with this place. They have a menu that would please anyone, friendly service, excellent food, and a clean establishment. We will be back! Thank y'all

This is a cute little find for those of us from out of town. I must admit that I chose it based on the word Cafe, but the food was a step above what I would normally consider from a typical cafe - with dishes like Beef Tips and Rice, Chicken Parmesan, etc. They have daily specials as well as lunch specials, burgers, sandwiches, and a great selection of dinner items. The food was a tiny bit on the bland side, but if you are coming to a cafe you probably arent expecting a ton...

We got the grilled ham and cheese with fries and the beef tips with rice and gravy with green beans and fried okra.
Both entrees were amazing. Some of the most tender and flavorful beef tips I've ever had. Also the grilled ham and cheese was very good. The sides were not very good at all. The green beans tasted like they were dumped out of a can, which is fine, they just were not seasoned at all. Fried okra was a little soggy and but had great flavor. The fries...
