The worst food ever. Gross, 🤢 disgusting low quality food not worth eating at all. It doesn’t even look good. Don’t bother trying, believe me you’ll be sorry.

This sonic is the one sonic we stop at the we’re traveling from Houston to Waco, which is often. The service is terrible. The orders are rushed, the customer service is non-existent. The food is consistently good and they have ice cream for the kids is why we keep coming. But for the love of everything, please hire staff that actually wants to be here and that isn’t just flat out rude, acting like their customers are the biggest inconvenience.

Management is abusive and unoroffesional. Witnessed the manager have her husband come and scream at another customer over demanding they dig through the trash. As well as witnessing her just berate employees. The burger hlwever, was amazing. Amazingly one of the best i have ever had Strawberry shake tasted possibly rancid, possibly old? The employees themselves were nice, service was good outside of the management.

Service at this location is very slow and lackadaisical. No urgency and sat at the intercom to order in the drive thru for 10 minutes before the associate began to take my order. Once the associate took my order, she had an attitude like I was an inconvenience. No cars in front of me and two in the bays and still slow. Total time to get my order and food was 24 minutes. Come through here often but I probably won’t stop here again.

We dropped in for dinner on a road trip. The staff were friendly, and the food was prepared very well. We have been disappointed with several Sonic locations recently, but this one nailed it, so much so that we stopped by on the way home as well. The burgers were juicy and they didn’t skimp on toppings and condiments!

Pulled to drive thru menu... looks busted and no one asked my order, went to drive thru window.. card reader has tape all over it, sat 5 minutes..no one came to take my order. There were very limited parking kiosks..i think 5. Full.
I left.

Took the family here for slushes & shakes. I got the Chocolate Oreo Milkshake, as we’re on our way home I’m not seeing any Oreo in it, and figured they must have forgot. But as I got towards the bottom there were a few small pieces, about enough to amount to a SINGLE Oreo (2 tops) like it would have been better if you had just forgot! Finding the tiny amount in the bottom is almost insulting.
Anyways, everything came out fast and no issues with server etc. just whomever made the Shake.
NO, I don’t want to escalate a complaint to corporate (your standard response for the bad service in these reviews) JUST FIX IT IN HOUSE!

I’ve had issues here in the past, but today they redeemed themselves. I ordered online, food was out quickly, service was friendly and fast, food was fresh, hot, and made to order. The quality of the meal was better than I’ve had at any Sonic in a while. Very good!

Had to do a drive-thru order. Sign in parking lot saying no park orders taken... Cashier was rushing to take the order. There was nobody in the parking lot or in the drive-thru. Cashier was very short with her responses and rude. Placed all food into one bag. Kids meals we're not in a separate kids bag. We we're taking orders for 2 different households. Waited at the window to ask for bags to separate the food, but was ignored. So there we are digging into the bag to separate the foods. This is not a good thing at all digging into other people's food... We will not stop here anymore next time we'd prefer to travel 45 minutes and buy in another town and give our $50 to a better restaurant and drive back home.

When you’re open till 10, and a customer arrives at 9:30, the least you can do is say ā€œsorry we’re not taking ordersā€. Instead we sat at the drive thru waiting for several minutes. Pulled up to the window and again waited a while before leaving. I just wanted a sundae.

You can NEVER get ice cream from here at night because they always say the machine is down but in reality they clean it way to early and that’s the real reason there’s no ice cream after 8
