Great bakery in Texas! The cashier ladies were very friendly and helpful telling me what a Kolache is. Never heard of them before. Everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. My pigs in a blanket, the chocolate and strawberry kolaches, and the cinnamon roll all delicious made.
Went on a day trip to Hearne from the Austin area. Stopped on a whim. Best part of the trip! Had the pecan cinnamon rolls, croissants, and kolaches. BEST EVER! The cinnamon rolls are pure heavenly goodness. The kolaches were wonderful a were the croissants. Sadly for our waistline, we found a Weikel's closer to us in Leander. If my doctor asks, I didn't write this, and you never read it. 😁
I absolutely love this place! I’m going to know some workers, and they are absolutely so friendly. Every time I come down this way I make sure to stop there and grab the apple strudel as well as a few cinnamon rolls and Fruit kolaches. However, this evening at 7:17 PM , I dropped in as I normally do. Unfortunately, even though they don’t close until 8 o’clock, they had it closed off, and one of the employees was mopping the floor.
