They don’t screw up my order, that’s the plus. But it always feels unwelcoming and the employees have a dismissive “customers are my problem right now” attitude. Pay your people more predicated on better service. Otherwise people like me go to other places instead. It sent me right to Dennys
I came for breakfast for the first time in years because I heard they had my favorite steak, egg and cheese bagel back, and they did! It was hot, fresh and delicious and of course the hash brown hasn't changed and is still good. I had a special made coffee which they made very well. The restaurant is very clean and the service was wonderful. The guy smiled and didn't complain or get an attitude when I asked for pepper and a cup of ice. He was courteous and helpful.
