“I had my first Culver’s burger yesterday, and whooooly moly!! I feel like I’ve been lied to my entire life about what a good burger tastes like!
I had the fried pickle pub burger and fries.
First - I have never had a burger that was so hot!
Second - how the hell is it so juicy that it’s dripping, and still piping hot?!
Voodoo is the only logical answer.

I got a pint of custard to go because I was so full I couldn’t breathe, but the burger was so good I couldn’t make myself stop eating it. Oreo Cheesecake custard is A+++.

“March 2025 We chose this place for out 53rd wedding anniversary. We have had excellent meals here in the past for special occasions but tonight was beyond expectations. Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch“

I started out with the Tzatziki with Pita bread, then the succulent shrimp scampi, I would definitely recommend this duo it was heaven to my palate! To finish off I had to try dessert, I had the Apple empanada & dulce de leche ice cream, it was luxurious and delectable, I savored every bite! And that was thanks to Mousafa’s description, he’s an excellent waiter, he knew the menu well, very impressive! Very attentive, friendly demeanor, with a wonderful attitude! I’ll be back! “We went to Wildwood hoping for a really good chicken fried steak, and boy were we disappointed. First of all it was extremely noisy especially for 2:00 on a Sunday. But hoping for the best we stayed and decided to try to spinach artichoke dip. It comes out looking almost like a French onion soup, the top covered with cheese and looks great! However we would have been better off opening a tub from Sam's Club as the one at this restaurant had no flavor whatsoever, you couldn't even make out what it was. We were hungry so we ate it. Next our meals come out. The chicken fried steak was huge, well plated, and looked amazing! Too bad that was as good as it got. It was tender, yet absolutely no flavor at all. My hubby had to drench it in salt & pepper and tobasco to give it any taste. I tried a piece and was extremely disappointed. My meal, the Atlantic Salmon was cooked to my specifications which was a pleasant surprise. Yet it appears the chef counts on the grill to contribute all flavor instead of any seasoning. The basmati rice was nothing more than what I could have prepared at home in a steamer, and as for the jicama slaw, which I was looking forward to trying was unimpressive. Fortunately a small part of the bowl had a smidgen of tomatilla sauce which I used to give the food a little flavor....not much but something. Overall, we spent $61.00 on food that would have been better almost anywhere else at a fraction of the cost. Not worth it, sorely disappointed and will not return. The one thing that is a positive about the restaurant is the staff. Service was excellent. Not impressed at all.“

She was patient, kind, attentive to detail, and helped me select some of the top flavors to try. I ordered a six-pack plus a two-pack, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared.

“I have passed by this place several times and finally had a chance to stop and try it. The atmosphere is nice and clean with fun murals, jazz music, and cool lighting. I can see that it might be noisy when full but it wasn’t crowded when we went. The lady at the cash register was helpful and polite but not enthusiastic. Everyone liked the food they got and the portions were great. Standouts would be the house-made ranch and their own soda line. This was a crowd pleaser for all of my kids. Great burger joint!“

“They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today.
