“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by ChickNHeadzTx and let me tell y’all… I got 2 pieces of catfish fried hard and they did NOT disappoint! 😋🐟 Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside – just how I like it. The French fries were the perfect combo too 🍟 The owners were super nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better ❤️ Great vibes, great food, and the prices were really good – definitely worth every penny. “Ordered salmon, mashed potatoes w gravy, broccoli, and cheesecake w strawberries. I seasoned the potatoes with chives, and that made them awesome. Salmon was a little dry, so I added some sweet chili sauce, and that made it awesome. Brocoli was not too soft and not too hard. Perfect. Garlic bread was good. Cheesecake was perfect. Service was awesome

The burgers are nice sized and delicious. Fried pies were good french fries are pretty good.

“Love this place, stopped in on a whim one night with the family, now its one of our main go to spots, affordable and the food is always good, haven't found an item on the menu that wasn't good, oh and don't get me started on those honey butter croissants! Kids tested, family approved! Service is always quick and friendly even when the place is packed. Highly recommended from my family to yours“

“Walked in hungry and left full and happy. Everything came out hot and fresh, and you can tell it wasn’t just thrown together. The eggs were cooked perfect with those bright yolks, the hashbrowns had that crispy edge just how they should, and the bacon was actually done right, not all limp and sad.
The waffle was golden and fluffy, and the toast was low key a favorite. Portions were generous without being over the top, and the whole place had that comfortable, homey vibe where you can actually sit and enjoy your food.
If you want a solid, no nonsense breakfast that actually hits, Javier’s is 100 percent worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I live in Palmer for 4 years and can’t believe I haven’t tried this place until now. Everything was excellent we all had burgers and fries the mushroom and Swiss is definitely my favorite. Unexpected to find this quality and service in our little town!!!“

“Hailey was truly an outstanding server and made our entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, her warm and genuine smile set the tone for such a welcoming atmosphere. She was incredibly attentive—so much so that no one else ever needed to check on our table because she was always one step ahead of anything we needed. What impressed me most was her patience and kindness with my grandbabies. She treated them with such care and understanding, which made a huge difference for our family. It’s not easy to balance great service with a busy environment, but Hailey handled everything effortlessly and with grace. Because of her, our visit was not just a meal but a genuinely enjoyable experience. I can confidently say I’ll be asking to sit in her section every time from now on. She is truly an amazing server and a huge asset to your team“
