The service is just as impressive: friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do. We had a server stop at our table to let us know that he was going to be our sever then he didn’t come back for a long time. He ended up walking by us again and asked us if we had been helped. Kind of a strange question since he said he was going to be our sever. But an amazing server named Ruth came to help us and she and everyone did everything to make it better. The service ended up being fantastic and friendly. And the food was just as good. Great atmosphere and just the fact that little hiccup was made right is what will keep us going back.“

“Cannot recommend the food at Carmona's enough! It is some of the most delicious Mexican food I have eaten that's not actually in Mexico! It can be a little hard to find parking sometimes but it's worth it. Great people running the restaurant too. Look forward to coming back for more fantastic food. 😀“

“Highly recommend trying the Topo Chico preparado! In Texas summers, this will hit the spot. We ordered the Botana con Camarón y Pulpo but requested the cooked shrimp because of a dietary restriction and the owner was more than happy to help and offer suggestions. The snack options are great but I have to say the family recipe with which the seafood plates are made takes you straight to Mexico. We will be back to try more!“

“Oh. My. Goodness. Some of the best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had. My niece had a quesadilla that covered her entire plate. She basically sang after every bite. The salsa was perfection. The service, great! Very clean throughout the restaurant. I’m sold. This is now my go to taco spot. I wish I had a photo to show, but inhaled my food too quickly. Next time for sure lol“
