The service was fast and reliable with our server Jackie making sure we had an excellent stay with her kind personality and checking up on us. “I just have to say, Pablo’s was really great. It started off a teeny bit rough. We had a server stop at our table to let us know that he was going to be our sever then he didn’t come back for a long time. He ended up walking by us again and asked us if we had been helped. Kind of a strange question since he said he was going to be our sever. But an amazing server named Ruth came to help us and she and everyone did everything to make it better. The service ended up being fantastic and friendly. And the food was just as good. Great atmosphere and just the fact that little hiccup was made right is what will keep us going back.“

“Sadly did not take any pictures of our meals but after living in the Royse City area for 4 years we finally ventured over to Los Pinos. We were not disappointed except for the fat rather we have not been here sooner. Good salsa and chips to start and a descent queso that would have been better with the meat added, solid in its own though. The soft cheese tacos and the Hermasillo were both very good and nothing was left on the plate. Definitely want to go back and try other things on the menu. Traditional Tex-Mex but it seemed really fresh compared to other Tex-Mex restaurants around the area.“
