“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. Thank you again for helping us end the day what we set out to do, make their day a little more special. ❤️“

“I have never come to five guys, but i recently got a gift card and decided to try it out. The girl at the register was so kind, I half didnt expect them to be open due to the freeze but im glad they were! Food is amazing, the girl was so kind, and the atmosphere is chill and nice. will be coming back“

“I’m giving 5 stars for the food and I believe the rating needs to be high here.
For quite some time I’ve avoided this place because of the low rating, the food is excellent! The burgers are great, fries great, chicken nuggets great! 👍🏼
I’m not going to a specialty burger place and expecting to pay McDonald’s prices. You’re going to pay more for a good burger here but the food is definitely worth it in my opinion.
Now the service, really hope the owner/manager sees this because it’s what’s hurting this place. Not the best by a long shot… I’m not expecting high class service but a smile, a greeting, something… at least pretend you enjoy working there
Especially if you’re going to be asking for a tip!
Overall, go for the food… just don’t expect good service“

“Wow . These guys made me like hot dogs again ! They aren’t just hot dogs though ! They are something special . The menu is diverse and very interesting . My favorites so far are the Philly cheese steak dog and the corn in a dog ( elote hot dog! ) I’ll never eat a Philly without a hot dog again! They use fresh high quality franks and sweet soft buns that are perfect . And don’t get me started on the burgers !! … one of the best burgers I’ve ever had ! Danielle and Alejandro are a really nice couple and they have great service ! Highly recommended!! <3“
