My husband went to pick up dinner about 8 p.m. after work. He had to wait a few minutes, when they brought him his order, they forgot his fries which he likes to eat on the way home. We live 30 minutes away. At home we opened up our food and the coating on the chicken was falling off, so the chicken looked bare in large areas, and there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes. As expensive as food is nowadays, we were very disappointed.
This place always gets mine and my roommates order's wrong. Ordered at chicken sandwich combo today and was only given 2 chicken tenders on a bread. They didn't even give me mayo or pickles. The cashier, Zoran, didn't even seem like he wanted to be there at work. He seemed annoyed at the world.

I saw they explain the menu item by item for senior customers patiently and give professional recommendations. They also delivered food to each table. A KFC with service quality like Michelin star restaurant.
