“The staff is really nice. I am just confused on their refill policy. It used to be that if you stayed in the store you got a refill for pretty cheap. It would only cost about a $1 or so. When I asked for a refill he told me he would have to re ring me up and that it was the same price. I just want to know the policy. I was not really planning on spending $16 on coffee to study.
