We had my daughters birthday party a while back and I accidentally ordered pizza from the Kilgore location, the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make it right! Thanks
I'm done with this location. The staff that has taken my order the past 3x are always on there cell phone. I have seen a 10-12 year old kid being let into the back. When I call ahead to order no one answers.Staff is usually playing with each other. I can and will spend my $$$ somewhere else! District Manager needs to make several surprise inspections.

We stopped by to get some new Crazy Puffs and a cheese Hot N Ready. We thought both were overcooked. There were also multiple signs in the store that said you get a $1 off if you buy the puffs and a pizza, so I asked about not getting the $1 off and he said it was an online special. Nowhere on the sign did it say it was an online deal. Also, why would there be an advertisement in the store for online specials? Very odd.
