“Great Little place to grab some delicious food! Service is great, very friendly staff, clean, well lit, good vibes. The mazapan frappe is my personal favorite, sandwiches are all a hit, and the mini pancakes you just have to try. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!“
“My son (teenager) and I stopped by after football practice and ordered the ~12 inch steak hoagies (I don't remember what they were called). We also ordered a side of fries each and a drink. The bill came out to about $31. We couldn't finish the footling sandwiches and fries, it was a hefty sandwich that we both wanted to take home and finish the next day (my son ate his and then my leftovers before I had a chance). I added some lime juice and hot sauce which tasted great. My son ate it "as is." The fries were seasoned fries (like Rallies?) We didn't actually need the fries, the sandwiches would have been enough for both of us. We were greeted within a about a minute of arriving and were eating our food within 12 minutes. Staff was nice, the place seemed clean and a lot of people came in for the ice cream options while we were waiting. The place is nothing fancy, more of a hometown diner feel with a Latino spin on everything. If you're looking for some decent food without going to a fast food chain or more formal establishment, this is a good option in Hereford. I'll be going back for that sandwich. This was my only visit to this establishment and everything went well, I will update as I explore the menu and gain additional service experience. Additional note: my son and I thought the place was closed because when we pushed on the door it seemed locked and were about to leave when a person passing by told us to; "push hard" because it sticks.“
“I go here often & the whole experience is fantastic. The baristas are helpful & hardworking. Sometimes the coffee takes a minute to get done, but that is because of the high amount of orders, not the lack of effort by the staff. I will continue to spend my time & money here.“

It's incredibly frequent that I get through a drive-thru or counter service with The performance as if it's there first day... Everyday! Maybe the older I get... I hope to see the will to impress at the customer service level return someday.“
“I was traveling through the town from the east coast. I stopped here to get a coffee and it was fantastic!! Not only was this the best coffee I have had in a long time (including Starbucks) the service was outstanding. I highly recommend The Water Lot.“
