Went to get a hamburger meal and some ice cream told them we wanted our meal to go and there was 1 person in front of us and 1 behind they served the first order then they took the other persons food out and they never served ours there was 6 people working and they couldn't get my order until I told them I hadnt gotten my order I had to show them my receipt then they still couldn't get my order right

We placed and paid for our order which was 27$ and some change. We were then told the ice cream machine wasn't working. We were offered dilly bars in alternative to 4 of original ice cream orders and refunded 5.19 ....we paid 22$ for what should have been 14$ (est.cost)total for all 6 items and then told he had given us a better deal. ...ok, (lol)

The staff working the closing shift absolutely the best stopped for some ice cream. The staff friendly, welcoming, and even when they were about to call it a night still wanted to see a happy customer leave the building
This place needs to be shut down till good people can run this place. I placed an order got a burger with no onions fries and a drink I got trash they were laughing in there when they gave us the bag now I know why Burger was cold had onions and fries were cold and soggy and mixed with tots. I called to complain talked to a guy named Christian he said he was manger and all he says is ok ok ok bye I don't think he is a good manager lol any way I want my 24 bucks back from this terrible place it is 7/16/24 @about 6pm in Hereford Texas I'm fixing to go higher anyone with info pls post it. I had to give 1 star to post this

I had never bought something for which it is not worth it, the chocolate layer was very poor, the snow dripped and the cones were broken and I told the person who served me and he just turned around, looked at me and closed the window

This Dairy Queen is a freakin DUMP and the people who work there are clueless.. We ordered a Banana Split Sunday and it was completely melted… bananas were swimming. I asked for a refund and the clueless lady refunded the wrong item that was cheaper than the sunday. Went back to let them know and the manager said we can’t refund again on the same receipt… just pulled a $5 out of his pocket and said sorry… This was some of the worst customer service I’ve seen yet.
