I am the sister of the baker who runs the place, and let me tell you that the bread and menudo my sister makes are by far the best food you will put in your mouth. Her warm, fresh bread is made with time and lots of love. It has been her dream for a while to open up her own bakery. I grew up in Hereford and have not been able to find pan like what I grew up eating… til now! Her pink cake and pumpkin empanadas are exactly like I remember. I will be driving from Amarillo frequently to have more! So good!
