Had an amazing time at Osakt Steak House! The people there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. And the menu? Absolutely loved it. So many delicious options, and everything we tried was on point. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for good food and great vibes!

Super crunchy roll is da bomb. Whenever I pass through Hereford i stop OSAKI
Was not happy with the service, my wife and I waited for almost 1 hour to get our food and when they did bring it to us it was really cold. Don’t know what was going on but definitely won’t be going back.

Was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was for a small town like hereford. Id probably give the food a 7 or 8 out of 10, but for a city with almost no resturants it adds some bonus points.

The lobster Rangoons are absolutely amazing, I was here a few times and food was consistent and amazing. Staff was always wonderful and welcoming!

Service was the absolute worst. Server would bring something to the table and would never ask if everything was ok r if there was anything else needed to enjoy the meal.

Our server was extremely rude last night!!! Very short and cold even when I asked for extra ginger dressing for dip for my shrimp hibachi dinner. When paying at the counter, she was doing 3 credit cards at once. Too many papers to sign, it was getting mixed up. She has an awful attitude and was very rude about that also. Talking to me like I was a child. She was also rude when we asked for a bag to carry leftovers in. If she it that unhappy she needs to find a new job!! It wasn’t even busy at the time either.

This place is soooo good!! To be honest, best restaurant in Hereford. It’s just like Kabuki in Amarillo, and Kabuki is so good. Osaki is like their little sibling. The point is YOU SHOULD GO HERE !! :)

Absolutely delicious food and the california roles are amazing. I got the chicken teriyaki bento box and it had enough food to fill me up. I highly recommend coming here and trying all there amazing food.

We ordered our food and the waitress was completely rude, we had to hand out the food and drinks since she would just set it all at the end of the table. We got a salad with a dish we ordered and the lettuce was BROWN!!!! We told one of the owners and he brought back MORE BAD LETTUCE!! We couldn’t even eat it. It was TERRIBLE! The waitress was completely rude anytime we would ask questions about the menu and even went as far as telling my husband “then order from the kids menu” (in a snotty way) after he said he didn’t want a too big of a meal.
