Fall off the bone ribs. Melt in your mouth brisket. Good sides. Fantastic barbecue at a good price. Will absolutely return here. Just wish they had brewed iced tea instead of bottled.

Had the pleasure of dining on Rusty Pit brisket at a recent funeral luncheon in Hereford.
The brisket and the barbecue sauce were awesome. But of course the Methodist Church Ladies Potluck dishes prolly made the barbecue even better.

The ribs and brisket here are definitely the best around town, hands down. But I've got to say, I'm not thrilled about the sauce situation. It's a bit of a letdown that they charge extra for more sauce, especially when it's nothing special. I was leaning towards giving them 4 stars, but then there's the Mac and Cheese... My buddy and I first tried it and thought it was pretty bland, hoping it was just an off day. But then, eating there again with another friend, it came up again still bland and this time, it felt overcooked. I'm no chef, but even the great value mac and cheese you whip up from a box at home packs more punch. It feels odd to make a big deal out of mac and cheese, but really, it could use some work. That said, the place is good. The Loaded Fries are a must-try. Just maybe skip the Mac Attack and mac and cheese sides.
First time eating at Rusty Pit! Had the chopped brisket sandwich and almost every side they had available. Everything was amazing. I don’t know how I’m gonna go back to work and stay awake. Definitely be back with the family. Highly recommended!

Baked potato loaded with beans and brisket was awesome! You have to get there early to have a choice of meats it you wait until 1:30pm there is not much left, which seems like a common issue, what we had was great.

Always delicious bbq. These guys know how to cook. Come here every week for lunch during work and it is always a meal to look forward too. Delicious cheesy corn and other sides. Reasonable price for the portion you get. Definitely have to come check it out if your driving by. Place is always very clean and friendly staff.
