Ordered a Frosty trying to pay with cash the girl at the window said she could not take a 20 and wanted me to pay with a card they were not busy no one in line so I said no and drove away I went back a couple of days later and ordered a baconater they told me to pull up and wait after waiting for 10 minutes I tried to go inside to get it the door was locked so I was going to drive around to the window this was 3pm no one else in line just then someone came out with a cold sandwich...read full review

First time here & My Suggestion is that the Customer RELATIONS Service needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. ThIs is NOT A COMPLAINT!Team Member-James took My Order, he didn't ASK ME if My Order would be "For Here or To Go" nor "would it be A Small, Medium or Large Order," he just automatically made it "A Large Order," so I played along-No Worries!Asked him "how his day was going" & his reply was "Ok." Completely ridiculous! They are supposed to be open at 6:30 a.m. and even at 8:30 in the morning there is only one person running the whole place. You can't get anybody to the counter, the lines are backed up in the drive through and people sitting in their vehicles for up to 30 minutes waiting on their food. Get your act together.
