McDonald's is a busy restaurant where staff are kind and accommodating. The parking lot is small but wheelchair accessibility is excellent. Despite some service hiccups, the manager went above and beyond to fix any issues with missing food orders. The hot and fresh food, like the double hamburgers and small shake, makes up for any potential delays. While some staff may lack experience in customer service, the overall experience at McDonald's is positive and kid-friendly.
