So delicious! We got the vermicelli, pork roll and all three or four times that we’ve gotten edits the same and really delicious. Fresh and great flavor. Quick service for takeout. We have also gotten the rice and grilled pork bowl and it is equally delicious.

Ordered pho from here and it was amazing! Even my picky eater daughter loved their rice and beef from the kids menu!

I got the chicken Pho and the broth and rice noodles were really good. Unfortunately the chicken shreds were very over cooked.

Best Phō in the area and reasonably priced boba (also delicious)! Great customer service and a really clean and positive atmosphere. Lots of parking, fast service, good prices and high quality food and drinks. 10/10 would recommend checking this spot out! Pictured here is the vegan pho, the chicken pho, a mango smoothie, and the thai milk tea with boba.

Atmosphere was really welcoming and nice. The service was 10/10. I could tell the owner really loved running her business. She was extremely helpful with our order. I love supporting small businesses especially family owned.
The food wasn’t my favorite though. The pho seemed a little tasteless and wasn’t super appealing to the eye. Boba was fine, also tasteless but there are better places to get boba from.
All in all, I hope you all grow as one small business owner to another small business owner.

Their service and ambiance was average for a pho restaurant. Their pho was really mediocre compared to what I could get in Dallas, as their broth tasted like they added too much sugar, but it could be the best pho in the area, who knows? Their boba also tasted mediocre but I guess this might be considered good in the area.

After visiting Sugar Spice various times - in person and to go orders - over the past years since they’ve opened and having tried a variety of their food and drink options, I’ve changed my review from 4 to 5 stars recently after a phenomenal beef pho experience at their restaurant! Not only was the soup served in a larger pho bowl compared to previous visits, the soup was well seasoned and super delicious and flavor has become even more delicious than the past. Thankful for their amazing service and the delicious traditional coconut Pandan Che drinks that we ordered too! We really enjoyed our time there! Keep up the great work!

They have fresh delicious Vietnamese food and friendly service! The owners are awesome and hard working people. They travel far to the major cities to bring authentic Asian ingredients and food to the Waco area. It's such a treat for me to be able to grab Vietnamese food locally and not have to travel far myself. Another thing I like about Sugar and Spice is that the staff is well trained. The food comes out delicious and consistent as if the owners themselves were making it. The menu consists of many yummy options but my personal favorites are their beef pho and pork banh mi sandwiches. They use actual Vietnamese baguettes which are less dense than French bread or rolls from an American grocery store. They also finish the baking process when you order so the sandwich always comes out warm and the right amount of crispiness as a Vietnamese sandwich should. They only make these yummy sandwiches between 11am-4pm by the way. I recently tried their Che Ba Mau (Vietnamese dessert) and it was so good. It had great texture, excellent coconut flavor, and not overly sweet. It literally brought me back to my childhood.

We have been going here for almost two years and the food has always been really good. We stopped in tonight for dinner and ordered chicken and shrimp pho like we always do, cashier said we couldn’t add shrimp and when I asked why she rudely went to the back room, came back out and then just told us the total! I also got beef pho and it was so plain tasting! I was very disappointed because the food is normally so good. I don’t know what’s changed but I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Water jug was out of water and chilli out was out. I didn’t feel like asking the rude teenage cashier to change it out.
