Food is fantastic and the staf is friendly. The restaurant is always clean.
Biggest issue is that the prices on the menu are not the same when being rang up for the same item. Hope the menu can be updated soon to reflect any price changes.

The food was terrible and service was very slow. I ordered to go from here before and found a bug in my pho! Plus they always tend to forget things. I will never come back here again! If I could give zero stars I would

PROS: They have the best quantity for buck in town for the pho. There is plenty of noodles and meat for what it's worth (compared to all other pho spots in town). Please don't go greedy and keep it this way. I love that they are super consistent with their pho and drinks. BEST BOBA IN TOWN HANDS DOWN. Tapioca is ALWAYS on point in softness and chewiness. Taste of milk teas are awesome. They brew real tea and it is not just all powder. All other foods are great. Bahnmi's are flavorful (Best in town). The marinated beef rice bowl taste better than waco rolls bowl fyi.
CONS: Broth is just ok. Kind of bland for me but some might prefer this. For some reason, the pho noodles are consistently, slightly overcooked and too soft or soggy for dine-in. And it is worse for pho to-go. The noodles by the time I get home break apart when eating. I live right next to SS. Eggrolls are mid. They are on the small side and have too much carrot or veggie filling and not enough meat in it.
Overall, Few small things to fix but awesome spot for food and boba.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. I paid way too much for a bland bowl of pho that honestly didn’t have any flavor. Places like Poppa Bear charge way less and their pho actually tastes way better. There’s no reason pho should be this expensive, especially when it’s this underwhelming.
On top of that, the customer service was really uncomfortable. The owner lady was standing behind the cashier the entire time, literally watching her like a hawk. When the cashier accidentally got my order wrong, instead of just fixing it, the owner straight-up yelled at her in front of customers, over a simple mistake. It was super awkward to witness and completely unprofessional.
Wouldn’t recommend this place. Between the bland food, crazy prices, and tense environment, it’s just not worth it.

And me of my favorite pho spots of all time. I’m really picky with my pho but this place deserves all the praise and then some. The foods great, the portions good, and the service always quick and friendly.
