New guy to the area but not new to BBQ. The girls were unbelievably friendly and courteous and the atmosphere was clean. I ordered the Texas Tour plate to try everything and it was really good for the most part. The brisket was melt in your mouth and pepperjack sausage was also delicious. My only issue was the chicken and ribs. They were mildly dry but still full of flavor.
