“Idk what happened yesterday, but the food was not as good. The bread from a burger was cold, the potato soups were cold, the soda tasted like bad. It wasn’t like that before. They did replace the soups but we were not hungry for it anymore“

“This was my first time dining in and the place is really clean, the restrooms are clean as well. They have your order ready in under a minute. Apart from having fast service, they have great customer service! I think the best part about this place is the awesome customer service, and that’s saying a lot because the food is good. As we were leaving, Michaela, the kind lady that took our order offered us some free fro-yo samples! Michaela gave us a 10 out of 10 dinning experience, the best i’ve had in a long time actually. People like her make your business better. Great place to grab a quick bite!“

“This is a very nice quiet first class restaurant. The service by Valerie was excellent,the ambiance was perfect. The Mesa Chicken was perfectly cooked,the chartercurie was very good , the tuna tartare was very good. The king Salmon did not flake it was more like a big Sashimi piece ,it just needed some extra cooking time. I love Sashimi so no problem for me.The risotto was not granular which I prefer,it was more like a fusion between a thick cheese paste and sushi rice like concoction. My girlfriend loved it and ate it , I passed on it . Overall 4.5 stars , great experience.PS the food presentation was beyond excellent.“

“Ranc House Burgers in Mission is the best place to unwind and eat great food on a friday night. Famous Amos is the best server and we look for him everytime we come here. Great service, great food and the best Margarita drinks and Palomas available. Famous Amos makes our experience here 10x better and the live music is awesome.“

“The fideo soup does not taste how it used to. It has too much chicken in it now and taste very sour like Old chicken or too much onion ??‍♀️. I think the soup sometimes is from the day before because it forms a jello consistency. I hope it gets better because its my favorite salad place when I visit the valley.“

“This is our third time here. The wait to be seated was 15 min, which was fine. The waiter and I couldn't hear each other. There were so many tvs going with different programs. One is enough? The service was great, and the food came out in a timely manner even though it was a busy Friday night.
We ordered:
1. Queso dip - good, but order with no tortillas and more chips.
2. Burger - good as expected
3. Cobb salad with shrimp- good, but the shrimp were overcooked.

“I would only recommend the burgers . Everything else didn’t even have a morsel of salt . Onion rings were too greasy . Fries bland. Corn dog was just a boiled weenie with batter . Fried chicken was juicy but AGAIN bland , But the burgers were definitely 10/10“

I was also observing Zachary as he was greeting people entering the door but also multitasking with orders and even giving constructive criticism to an employee about the rug in front of soda machine. All employees looked very focused on there task with a great attitude. From employees in the cash register, drive thru service, kitchen and the employees in dining area. Families to couples in dining area seemed to be content enjoying there Cane's meal. My only regret was not dining in!!!!“

“I love this Italian restaurant. A little pricey but food portions are so generous, fresh and delicious. Their bread needs a revisit. It does not match the rest of the menu for flavor or freshness. I have several favorites but love the Pancetta Carbonara.“

“My daughter and her school went on a field trip to main event pharr and while at the location she and her friend were approached by a man and asked my 12 year old middle school daughter if a little girl that was running around by herself was her daughter and was kinda creepy about it. After he approached them he was always about 2 games down from them and kept watching them. My daughter called my wife and told her about it and I called the location and spoke to a manager told him what was going on at his store and got my info and my daughters info and that he was going to get in contact with my daughter to find out who the person was. With in 15 minutes our daughter called my wife that she was already spoken to by the manager and as soon as my daughter hung up with my wife the manager called me and told me that they had already made contact with this person that was with his wife and family at a birthday party and that he was being watched by security and staff. Thank you to the management and staff that were on duty and took the matter seriously to keep my daughter and others safe and being quick to respond to a potential emergency situation.“

“I love coming here with girlfriend. The rolls are the best but the two times I have had to order to go have not been great. Once right as they were open for about 30 minutes already I was put on hold for 15 minutes as I waited for someone to help. The second time being today I ordered online and when I arrived an item was missing due to being out of stock. Instead of calling and letting me know so I can replace it, they just deducted it. So I had to order the replacement there and wait another 20 minutes as the other food grew cold. Please work on this.“
