“The cookies are usually good, the workers friendly but the wait times are getting ridiculous. Today I waited almost an hour and several times I almost left but I had already paid for the cookies so I stayed. If the wait times are going to be so bad they should at least have a sitting area.

“We went into the shop tonight a little after 9pm tonight and we had the best customer service from the 2 young ladies working. They greeted us as son as we walked in. Offered us samples and even gave recommendations after I was so undecided. We will definitely be back.“

“The wife and I are on a family vacation and we’re cutting through McAllen and on a hot day wanting an ice cream to cool off we had originally on our way to another spot but once we got to a stop light saw this spot on our right side and decided to go here we went through there Drive Thru the staff was really helpful in explaining what each item was and came with we got a nieve loca, elote, tosti-locos and to wash it all down a limonada hands down the nieve loca was one of the favs the mangos they added around were so juicy fresh and sweet the mango ice cream we couldn’t get enough of and got sad once it came to an end the tosti locos were our 2nd fav and man these didn’t disappoint salty spicy and camarones mmmmmm delicious the corn the chile líquido that was on the corn was not our fav if it would’ve been de polvo it would’ve been delicious and the limonada was so refreshing we finished it so quick we wish we had another“

“We went through the drive through and they explained every item on the menu to us since it was our first time. Then we sat in the little play area and ate. The cheese sticks, gizzards were fantastic but OMG!!!! The funnel cake I had ( Kevin Bacon) was to die for. I can’t wait to go again. I highly recommend this place ♥️

“I just started working at this location and it is amazing the mangers are funny, sweet, and patient. Something I didn’t get at my last job. They always understand when it came to personal things and they help a lot to work things out with you. They are very understanding when you can’t find things they will always help. They did not making me feel like I have to be on my toes or stress out at all. The carhops and the cooks they make it so funny to work with them and makes you look forward to work with them because they make it feel so comfortable to be around it amazing. When you can’t figure out what to do they take the to explain as well and they put up check list on what to do. When you get the hang of it everything else is gets easier. “This place is good. Kept clean and friendly. However, the paying portion can be better. They do have a sign that says to put syrups in before you pay however after they have put stuff on your yogurt, they automatically put it on the scale and ring it up. They do not ask of you are putting any syrups in or not. They will not allow you to pay and then put syrup. So my suggestion for anyone that is reading who works there to either have the employees ask before they put it on the scale or don't put it on the scale until the costumer says to. Idk if anyone reads these anymore or takes advise from it. This isn't a bad reflection on the establishment or its workers. Just a mere idea to ensure proper payment.“
