I really enjoy Whataburger's food but when I was ordering a strawberry malt shake the lady taking my order did not know what I was talking about and said they don't sell that here. So I proceeded to point to the menu where it says shakes, malts, and dessert only for her to say well, I don't know what that is. ??? I REALLY LOVE STRAWBERRY MALT SHAKE. ??? The best part was when she finally entered my order and I got the receipt it was just a regular strawberry shake. ??????

Food is good. Service needs to be fixed thru online orders and pick up. Needs better organization as far as order preparation, my order was skipped and items were missing. I had to visit the counter 2 times not counting checking in for my order.
