5 stars for the ice cream, 2 stars for the delivery prep for Dashers. Not sure who decided to make sundaes “a la carte” but paying $13 for 2 scoops lazily thrown in a cup with the toppings on the side is ridiculous. So now I have a small cup of whipped cream and a small vat of caramel that goes everywhere when I try to pour it out. It comes out in a big glob. They USED to actually pour the caramel or whatever topping in between the scoops of ice cream to make...
Service was great. Girl at the counter was very nice, happy and helpful. Honestly though, get a pint from the grocery store. I got 2scoops in a waffle bowl and it was about half as much as in a pint carton. They have some pints in a fridge by the counter.
Mine was over $10 just for the ice cream and tiny waffle bowl.

Ben & Jerry’s is hands down one of the best ice cream companies out there!! Getting to experience it in person is even better! The staff is amazing and really helped you find flavors that you may not have tried! If you get a chance don’t hesitate to stop by!
