Great cookies, excellent service, and very friendly people! I will continue ordering cookie cakes from them!

The staff at Great American Cookies (1400 Shoal Creek #110) delivered delicious cookies and turned a lost bet into pure comedy gold! My brother Mitch sashayed in, looking like a Cookie Fairy. A bearded man decked out in a frilly pink tutu, a flamboyant feather boa, and tights! They had him prancing across the street like a giddy flamingo, twirling with exaggerated flair, striking absurd poses, and even curtseying with a flourish!

Mitch threw himself into the silliness, pointing his toes with dainty precision and strutting with a sway that left us all wondering if he was secretly loving his bearded ballerina gig a little too much—way too comfortable in that embarrassing getup! The staff roared with laughter over his spot-on toe point, eagerly asking if he’d return again, and posting those hilarious pics online to flaunt their fun-loving store spirit.

And let’s not forget the actual cookies, because they’re the reason we’d come back again. These treats are next-level: soft, gooey, and baked fresh on the spot. Everything was packaged beautifully, stayed fresh for the delivery Mitch had to make (still in that tutu, bless him), and tasted like heaven. Prices are great, and the store’s spotless, with the staff’s infectious humor keeping the vibe pure sugary fun. Five stars for the amazing treats and for helping with our pink princess!

when I went in im not sure if it was the manager or something but she was sooo rude. i walked in and she was like staring at me didn’t say a word then I walk over and explain i want to use my birthday reward and i show her the email, it doesn’t scan and she’s like okay do you still want it or not you have to pay and so we ended up paying and leaving so it just sucked she was rude

Have nothing but “great” things to say about this great American cookie location. While we are frequent customers, my husband has had a favorite cookie that was seasonal and has not been back for over 1-2 yrs. He has been non stop talking about it ever since hoping they’d come back. One week ago, while we were in the shop we brought up the blueberry muffin cookie in conversation with one of the employees. Robyn, was so kind as to special order these cookies for us. Let’s just say my husband is over the moon. The staff here is so kind and went out of their way to do something special for us. Excellent Cookies and service! Owners made our daughters day when they had just closed about to leave the store and opened the door to make a special cookie cake for her when she was like a sad puppy at the door wanting a cookie after dinner. We love to support small business owners like them in our community. Keep up the great cookies and amazing service! We will be back!

This is by far the best cookie shop of all time. They have some fanastic cookies, double doozies, and cookie cakes.

I hope they can open up more locations at Lakeside in Flower Mound at Long Prairie Road, alongside the DFW International Airport in Dallas, Texas; Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Connecticut; and Boston Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, and Waterford, Connecticut at Hartford Turnpike.

Stopped in for dessert after dinner, hubby wanted ice cream and I wanted cookies. Perfect compromise! The store was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We both thoroughly enjoyed our treats!
