The Cheesecake Factory

Abundant choices from a very varied menu. Food, while took a while to come from kitchen was hot and delicious. Serving sizes are very generous. Staff and waitress were very nice and efficient. Finally, there is absolutely nothing wrong with their cheesecake:)

They have great food plus obviously they're cheesecakes are awesome! The waiter was very attentive to us and would make sure that we we're not in need of anything.

Stopped by to get a feel for The Cheesecake Factory in Highland Village (as I work at The Cheesecake Factory in Philly) and was not disappointed. Marcos was a wonderful server, attentive, kind and made all the little things I asked for happen! On top of that, the food was delicious and plated nicely. We ordered the calamari and it came out a bit lukewarm, Marcos rushed to fix it and came back with hot calamari within 5 minutes (maybe less). Would definitely dine here again and cannot emphasize how much I appreciated his service and the food :)

We made reservations, so we didn't have to wait but a few minutes. The service was great. The waitress spaced out our appetizer order and main course perfectly. We had time to enjoy the appetizers without our main course coming while we were still eating them. And got cheesecake Togo. Our was great!

Feels nice and the atmosphere really allows you to be calm and have good conversation with people. I think the space being so open lends to that as well as the warm lighting that dims as the night goes on. The food has been really good the two times ive been, and the new pickle fries they have are soooo good. Waiter was really nice and clear as well.

Best cakes

Valentine's Day dinner date. We arrived around 5:30 pm due to the holiday, and we were able to get seated pretty quickly. Food, drinks, and service were great! The only complaints are with this restaurant chain in general because of their seating arrangements. It was also a bit unromantic due to sports playing on TVs & closeness to your neighboring tables, but that was our own restaurant choice.

My husband and I love this place. We always get great service and love the ambience at the highland location. The food was excellent, we’ll be coming back
