stop hiring teens (& adults) who don't care about their job, as in customer service, cleanliness, and food preparation
also give customers their receipts, stop asking if they want it, to me that's stealing and hiding the truth when customer makes a complaint which restaurant screwed up
They never get the order correct! It doesn’t matter what location I go to I pay for an extra piece of toast in the chicken strip box and never get it. Tonight, I went to the highland village location and asked to make sure I get it. The drive through attendant said I peaked in the box before they closed it and it’s there. I get home and they remembered the extra piece of toast but forgot the chicken all together. So disappointed.
Burned sandwich on both sides of bun and both sides of inside of bun. I took a couple of bites, then thought, this is horrible. I then opened up the paper around the bun. The person who made this knew full well they had burned the sandwich. They could have remade it. That would have been a novel idea. I did not discover until I got home.
