“Working in the area and have stopped here twice. Both times I've gotten the 3 Meat Plate and both times the food was outstanding as well as the service. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that enjoys great BBQ. I'll be stopping back in before work as often as possible.“

Only thing is we had been wanting to try this for a while but every time we tried to order they were closed even though it said they were open.. So they don’t seem to update there times. I can’t say that I’ve tried everything on the menu but just about and it is so delicious everything the service is usually top-notch and they have tons of things to watch and good music always playing. And there’s never too long of a wait time because it is very spacious.

Parking: I’ve never had a problem parking here.“

The turkey was so delicious and so were the sides (baked potato casserole, green beans, stuffing and rolls)!! The staff that was there when we picked it up so nice and carried it to the car for me. “I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“Justin is the best employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed an order earlier and called because my pizza's were burnt. Justin explained that the lights had gone out and thought the team members had remade my order. He apologized for the issue and immediately put two new pizzas in the oven. About 40 minutes later he called stating that the driver hadn't taken my order to deliver and personally delivered the pizzas himself. What could have been a bad experience was saved by an employee who truly understands customer service. Thank you Justin, for all you do!“

I decided to try the Bacon 3 Philly and it was so fresh and mouth watering and I will be going back for more because not only the food is great, it's a clean place to sit and enjoy your meal ??“
