The last three visits to the Highlands’ location haven’t been real good to us. For some reason they are incapable of following instructions regarding orders. If they are unable to meet special requests then say - no special requests. How difficult is it to fill an order of tacos with no cheese or sauce. Just wanted lettuce and meat on four tacos. Everytime I go to this Highlands location the staff is rude and unprofessional. The management has very poor management skills and will witness the staff behavior and not say a word (Especially the hispanic short female manager). They need a whole new crew of managers and staff period. I even heard other customers talking about the same thing as one of the customers were treated very rudely while trying to get their order straight.
