I’ve been several times to this location mainly because of the convenience of it.. Tonight will be my last time.. The chicken strips were very obviously microwaved. The French fries were somewhat warm, and my wife’s hamburger was cold. And of course, there was no sauce for the cheese sticks either. Thats nothing new though.. I ordered in the drive through, and Jaylynn took my order. She was efficient, courteous, and got my order perfect! I was thoroughly impressed by her customer service! The food was correct, with labels on each burger indicating which order they were, tasted fresh and were all correct. This was the BEST service I have experienced at the Highlands location in a long time. Very happy!
