“1st time there and I would return but I will ask for a different waitress. The food was great but not the service. Our waitress was hardly ever around and when we did see her, she would hang out with the same table. We had to ask for our to-go boxes from the manager.
We sat for a few minutes ready to leave but had to wait on waitress til I flagged her down to bring our bill. The place did have a crowd but not enough to where she couldn't come by and check on us time to time.“

“This is not our first trip to Gringo’s but it was the best trip yet. We ordered drinks at the bar to wait for our table. We get in line through the Tex-Mex insider app and it saves us time from having to wait. We wanted an outside table as it was gorgeous outside as fall has finally come to Texas. We were seated and Anthony was our server. He was attentive, personable and friendly. He was great about checking on us every few minutes. We ordered the shrimp empanadas as an appetizer. They were as delicious as usual. We were not in a hurry and we never felt rushed. We were content enjoying college football on the numerous screens around the bar. We ordered beef skirt fajitas and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back and will request Anthony if he is available.“

“I love this place everything about it. The only reason im giving a 4 star is because i have gotten there SEVERAL times and even though their hours show open they are closed. I usually have to call in advance but it shouldn’t be like that.“
