Great place for bar food and to watch sport events

There is NOTHING bad about this place (except the prices, but we don't talk about that.) Amazing food, amazing drinks, games, sports, it has everything you could ever want and then some. This is my new favorite restaurant, and I would ABSOLUTELY come here again (if I knew how to drive 😅)

Recommended to friends and family.

un prepared for a spurs finals game the last time I went that had the garage door open for outside viewers since people were standing infront of the outside tv I just moved here told my friends about my experience and said let’s go to Woodrow’s where we were ignored multiple times talked to 4 employees they were very understanding but it’s seems like management never got back to us we asked politely to open the garage gate in the back and even the people that were close to the gate said they couldn’t open it for us because it was locked but it seems like everyone else’s needs were met kinda felt like an outsider I genuinely wanted a great time with friends but were ignored after asking so many times came @ 5 for the spurs game before a rush and no one double loooked or even checked on us

Went to watch the spurs game a couple of weeks ago, they billed me over $70 on a random transaction for nothing when I had 4 drinks and closed all my tabs separately. Tried calling to resolve the issue and no one would ever answer or call back when I left a voicemail. Cool environment but wouldn’t trust them with my card again

A few friends and I came in last night for the Spurs game. I’ve never been somewhere that worked so hard to make customers feel like outsiders. The atmosphere was incredibly cliquey, and most of the staff came across as if they were doing everyone a favor by simply showing up to work. Nobody was openly hostile, but there was a constant undercurrent of judgment and attitude that made the entire experience uncomfortable. It felt less like walking into a bar and more like accidentally sitting at the wrong lunch table in high school. When I asked for a manager, I honestly expected the situation to improve. Instead, it reinforced the impression I’d already gotten. If management sets the tone, that explains a lot. What confused me most was the level of self-importance. The staff carried themselves like they were running some exclusive celebrity hotspot where customers should feel lucky to be there. Relax. You’re serving drinks, not managing Kim Kardashian’s private afterparty.
The cocktails and food were good once they finally arrived. The attitude, however, suggested I was trying to get into an A-list Hollywood event instead of ordering a drink.
With that being said, I will happily spend my money elsewhere where employees remember that customers are the reason businesses exist.

The bartender was downright RUDE AND NASTY. From the first encounter, she acted like she was annoyed and did not want to be bother. To top it off, the DRINKS WERE TERRIBLE. To have a bad attitude & the quality sucked, yea I will NOT be back. As adults, sometimes you may have to work when you don’t feel well, when you’re tired, or don’t necessarily want to be there. If you are at the point to where you can’t provide customers with a pleasant interaction, clock out and GO HOME. I work face to face with people in a very hands-on job, I would never let my personal feelings affect the quality of their service. 0/10 recommend this place.

Overall, the experience here was okay, but the service at the bar was completely unacceptable. The Hispanic female bartender working had a really bad attitude. Her face said it all—she clearly did not want to be there and was super rude to me. She even complained that she was tired and ready to go home. Look, I get that working late is tiring, but having a rough day is no excuse to treat polite, paying customers like a burden.

I first noticed her mad face at 2245 when we arrived. Our group hung out in a karaoke room until 0100, and when we went to the bar afterward to grab a drink, she still had the exact same mad face and talk back attitude.

The real issue here is the management. A good manager should have noticed an employee looking that mad on the floor for over several hours, checked on her, and sent her home early. Because the manager failed to do their job, this one employee ruined our entire night experience.

This totally ruined the vibe of visiting this Little Woodrow’s location. They lost my business and I won't be back.

Sharing this to warn others: don't be surprised if you get hit with a bad attitude if you come here late.

Needs a bigger, better menu. Great atmosphere to chill, have a beer, and enjoy a game on TV.

We went to a staff gathering. It was nice. The finger food was good. The games were a lot of fun. We didn't get to do the Karaoke.

Read some of the negative reviews, but I felt my experience was different. I’m not from the area and was visiting for business purposes. I found this place very spacious, open and lively. Had a lot of food and drink choices, even though some things that were on a menu were no longer served, it wasn’t a deal breaker. The waitress was super friendly and patient with my group. Once ordered, the did food did take a tad long to arrive, but bc we were having a good time, it didn’t bother us much. The outdoor area was nice bc there were giant screens for those that wanted to watch the games, but quiet enough where the sounds weren’t overpowering for those that wanted to chat. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would go again. I do have to mention that I misplaced something at the restaurant, and had to contact customer service days after, and Ashley was amazingly quick to respond and help rectify the situation. As an out-of-towner that she may not have recognized, she didn’t have to do that. Just shows you this establishment is willing to go above and beyond. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I am very disappointed with the service. She asked me to stay in line, and I waited for 20 minutes. When my turn came, she said it was not the correct line. The staff member’s name is Kymber
