We get their BBQ sandwiches often. Lots of ?. Their breakfast tacos are great too. I rated service at 3 stars. The window girl usually forgets things like ketchup, napkins, hot sauce for tacos. This shouldn't be a hard thing to remember but in todays world I guess we should be happy that we haven't gone full communist.Vegetarian options: This is a BBQ joint. Vegans need to go be stupid somewhere else.
Bill Miller's always has good food and good choices. The taste was as good as I remember; but the only issue was the tempura in the restaurant. We were close to the back where the AC was pointing but still was cold.

I always had this belief that Bill Miller's was low budget BBQ. But, after grabbing a quick lunch at the Bill Miller's in Hondo, my opinion has changed. I requested lean brisket, and that's what they served. It was perfect. A little charred at the edges just how I like it and full of flavor. The next time I'm passing through Hondo, I'm stopping at Bill Miller's for more of that delicious brisket.
