Worst Burger King I've ever experienced! Employees and management are rude! Orders are always wrong! Waiting in drive thru for 10+ minutes with no one ever coming in to take orders. You go inside and employees are in the back playing around while people are waiting for orders to be taken. How many complaints does this location need before something is done about it??

Worked here for a year. Had me working opening, closing and mid shifts so no sleep schedule. They allow customers to abuse you and fire you when you finally have enough.
Sat in line for 15 minutes before anyone came on the intercom so I went inside thinking it might be faster. Several employee standing around arguing if both lanes were open. 2 people drove off without getting their food while I was in there. Left without being acknowledged by the staff. They're probably happy as it's less work for them but I'm glad I'm not the franchise owner.

would give 0 star. took 40 minutes for a #2. I'm a truck driver went inside. ordered with just 1 couple in front of me. then took my order to my destination to eat and all they gave me was a regular whopper.

The food is good but the service is AWFUL! There's an older woman who works in the daytime that's rude as all get out. Otherwise, staff is friendly. For some reason they always have you order at the drive thru and park in the parking lot and then they'll walk the food out to you from the side door? Doesn't matter if there's a line or not. Better hope they remember your condiments or a straw! The food is up to par with standard BK. I usually just order online to not have to deal with the staff but i usually have to correct the order when there. :/
