Sat in line for 15 minutes before anyone came on the intercom so I went inside thinking it might be faster. Several employee standing around arguing if both lanes were open. 2 people drove off without getting their food while I was in there. Left without being acknowledged by the staff. They're probably happy as it's less work for them but I'm glad I'm not the franchise owner.
So slow. It is ridiculous.. I waited 50 minutes for an online order and only 4 cars went through while I was there. This is not the first time I've had a wait issue or a burger made incorrectly but it will definitely be my last visit. When you ask what the hold up is you are always told " we're short staffed"Kid-friendliness: I like that the kids meals come with Caprisuns rather than a tiny juice box or soda.
