“I have to say that from several Applebee's we've been to in El Paso,Tx this has been by far the best service ever! Our server was AMAZING! Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. I believe it was Eli but Im not sure. Josh and staff are incredible. Food was great! Loved the Horizon location!!“

We had Chorizo Queso Dip, Poblano Spinach Dip, Green Chili Burger, Spicy Habanero Burger, and Bacon Guacamole Burger, all with fire fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. Samantha Pedroza, manager, checked on our table. I had previously met with her regarding holding an event at the restaurant. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial meeting, I knew I had to dine here and I was not disappointed! Liz Chavez also checked to see how are dining experience went. She was also very nice and professional. This will be one of my go to restaurants!“

“This weekend I took my uncle and aunt that came into town from Dallas TX to eat here. They were both completely blown away with how amazing the food was. My aunt ranted and raved with how the food was packed with flavor and the chicken she ordered was so tender and not dry!!! She also let the employees there know that in Dallas all the Applebees there could never measure up to the food or service she experienced at this one. They both continued to say throughout the whole day that how they wished they could take all the cooks and staff home with them. They will definitely be revisiting before leaving. “Look I can't say enough about this restaurant. Yhe food is good . The service is good however at 7pm the cook staff had their long hair flying around as the cook. Not asking for much but can you please put a hair net on as per the health codes. Unfortunately in have been served food in this very restaurant with added fur in the plate. Wasn't nice then and if it happens again the health department reports aren't going to be good.
On the other hand as I said the food I great and the whole place noce and clean.“

“Went to this Applebees this past Saturday and had a great experience. There was a gent outside offering to wash car windows for change. I offered him something to eat instead. I asked the manager (think he was the manager amd hope I do not get him in trouble) to sev him a burger with fries and a drink and put on my tab, he said no problem. About 5 min later he came by and said I +ould not see it on my bill, he would take care of it. Really appreciate the emparhy and hunanity. Left an extra tip for the gesture.“

“Boss Chicken is one of my daughter's favorite spots! She always gets the Boss Combo, while I lean more towards the El Jefe Combo. We love dining in because it's part of our father-daughter time, and the place is quiet, perfect for conversation. “WOW! My husband asked if I wanted to go out for lunch and I spotted Coco.miel on Google. They had such a variety on the menu that I knew we could both find something we'd like.

I got the weekday 3 item lunch special: a cream of chile soup and 2 slices of Mexican Meat pizza. My husband got a Reuben sandwich a and a side of papas con chorizo.

The food was so delicious, we shared EVERYTHING. The soup was a meal in itself and the pizza slices were HUGE. Our server warned me that they were big, she wasn't kidding! The Reuben sandwich was absolutely delicious. I never liked sauerkraut and he never tried it before. It was amazing. The papas were perfect.

The server was attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was small and intimate. They also had patio seating.

We plan to return often.“
