“We were sat immediately. Our waitress, Katie, gave excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Food was absolutely delicious! We had Chorizo Queso Dip, Poblano Spinach Dip, Green Chili Burger, Spicy Habanero Burger, and Bacon Guacamole Burger, all with fire fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. Samantha Pedroza, manager, checked on our table. I had previously met with her regarding holding an event at the restaurant. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial meeting, I knew I had to dine here and I was not disappointed! Liz Chavez also checked to see how are dining experience went. She was also very nice and professional. This will be one of my go to restaurants!“

“A pretty good traditional american restaurant. Expect there to be a wait if coming in for dinner on the weekend, had to wait about 20 minutes for a table for two. Server was attentive and made sure we had time with the appetizers before bringing out the meal. My smokehouse burger did have a weird random piece of shrimp on it though, when it doesn't come with that, so be careful if you have allergies. Besides that food was good“

“I love their hot dogs but I encountered a problem with one of their trucks on alameda 😔 the beans were hard and they messed up my hot dog 🌭 by putting everything on it when i asked for it specifically with no onions and no relish 😢“

“I’ve gone here a few Thursdays. They have karaoke, which is nice. The DJ always does a great job. The service is always great. I’ve also gone during the day for appetizers and drinks with friends and family. The rooftop is nice. It’s always a great atmosphere to play a few games.“

“Good food, great service and sports on the tv. Never had any issues asking the server to have a particular game put on . They had some good beer specials after beer fest , crazy the waitress didn’t mention em first when we sat down. Luckily I asked ! I always enjoy a good variety of ipa’s! Wings were great , seem different from the previous heavily breaded wings. Been coming to ale house since it was the place to be on thur night with the long ass line and standing room only ! “Restaurant was very clean, staff were extremely polite, and put food came out very fast. The spicy chicken tenders were good, great spice and weren’t soggy. Fries are just plain, no seasoning. Texas toast was very soft and delicious. Boss dipping sauce was good too, similar to Cane’s but with a tang. The El Patron sandwich was really sweet, sweet pickles and sweet sauce, did not care for that. Also using tenders on a sandwiches makes it a challenge to keep it all together.“

On very few occasions I've had to hunt my server down, but for the most part the servers are attentive. Great variety of tasty food and the beer has always been cold. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. DJs on the weekend create a great vibe. Highly recommend this place.“

Jamie was our server and she was seriously so sweet and friendly. :) She recommended a dish for us to try and it ended up being really good, so I’m glad we listened to her! The drinks were also amazing and she made sure everything came out just right. She was super attentive without constantly hovering and was just really easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have a good experience. We had a great time, and Jamie definitely made our visit even better. “Boss Chicken is one of my daughter's favorite spots! She always gets the Boss Combo, while I lean more towards the El Jefe Combo. We love dining in because it's part of our father-daughter time, and the place is quiet, perfect for conversation. Funny story—my wife once ordered and paid through the drive-thru, then drove off without the food! (Don't worry,She drove back to get it ?) “Experience is always good but what's lacking is if I order a custard which I do once a week I don't want it to come out with my drink cuz it's melting while I'm waiting for my food to come out I want my Custard with my food comes out. Also if I order 16 oz custard I expect to get 16 oz they leave it in skimping And today I had to ask for a cop carrier little details that's the only reason everyone got four stars pictures below reflect what I was given that is untouched and that's how I got it“

“I tried Applebee's Eastlake a couple of times right after it opened, and needless to say, it lacked atmosphere and the food was subpar. I decided that when getting Applebee's, I would drive farther away to the Rojas location, as I live in the Horizon area. To my surprise, I recently.... after 10 months or so, visited Applebee's Eastlake again. Wow!!!!! What a turnaround. This place has done a complete transformation. The beer was cold cold cold amadre! I can't express enough how cold it was. The food was amazing and service was incredible. Then when I thought it couldn't get better, I noticed they have a Touch Tunes juke box. That, and the beer alone have won me over. To then add incredible food and incredible service was icing on the cake. Kuddos to all the mangers and staff for the amazing turnaround. If I have one small observation is lighting. I think if you would tone down the lights a bit and give it a soft lighting feel, the ambiance would improve. Right now it feels like Im walking into a surgical room..... especially at night.“
