Me and my friend love coming to YogoBerry! Today one of the cashiers helped us and she was truly lovely I believe her name was Zayra. She was communicative, attentive and super nice. I could even see her helping the old lady in-front of me which honestly takes patience! Definitely give this girl a raise!!
Came to yogurt berry for a sweet treat and Zayra has great customer service! Such a nice girl!

YogoBerry offers a good selection of frozen yogurt options. They make the parfait/yogurt bowl for the customer and do not charge by the weight. They also have boba teas and blended creams. The yogurt is delicious, fresh, creamy, and reasonably priced. There is a drive thru option. Service can vary. Some staff, including a blonde girl and a young man with a tattoo, are described as polite, friendly, and fast with great customer service. One girl working the window had a real sweet attitude and was very accommodating, giving topping recommendations. However, other service can be "meh," with staff described as very cold, not greeting or saying thank you. The store is clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
