100 Grand Restaurant, Bar & Grill

Anytime you go to a restaurant and they want to pat you down or look in your purse for weapons, that is a red flag.

Had reservations I got there and they were closed. They didn’t announce on their instagram page that they would be closed today and per Google they should be open. I was also ALLOWED TO MAKE A RESERVATION. This was a major inconvenience for my husband and I ! I’m hangry ! I’ll try again another day and I will update if deserved but I am currently very upset.

Service and Atmosphere is great, though the only issues I had are mentioned below.

-Limited Menu (Confusion on Menu item transitions)
-Wait time for food took way longer than I thought it would (Not completely their fault, kitchen issues)

Not many other issues, though time did drag out longer than wanted for the amount spent/quantity of food.

May come back for review once things are better 👍

Went here on a Thursday night and Zydeco music and dancing was taking place...loved it! Chicken wings..loved it. It was a really cool vibe!

The fish and fries was cooked to perfection. Manger and bartender was great .

Horrible customer service I order fish and shrimp and they came and told me 30 mins later they had no fish that they had to go to the store and all they can do was give us free dessert 1 hour later I walk out and then everyone the servers and the cooks were on the patio smoking weed.

Fried catfish and fries were really good. Had a great flavor. Great music playing at a good level for a good evening. Def recommend.

Always a good vibe

My first time here and the Men at the door are NOT welcoming at ALL. Very rude and just talking like they at the barber shop. I ordered some food. The food was cold had to send it back still had me pay for it. The drink was amazing but the bartender was just so stank rude AGAIN. The door and the bartender being rude is just too much. Thank God for the DJ I felt like he was the only one giving me customer service with the music he was amazing. Really disappointed that the energy from the employees is just very rude and not welcoming. Just very disappointed. I hope it gets better for 100 Grand. I see so much potential but as of now. Maybe Gordon Ramsay needs to pull up and come shake this place up. For my first time being here I do NOT feel welcomed to come back. Traveled all the way from Downtown Houston to check it out. Hope you guys get better with time.

Great vibe and clean restrooms I didn't order a drink, because I already had enough before I got there at 1:30. We had our class reunion party. Ikr 2004.

Absolutely terrible.(Like a roadside cafe) poor, service,poorly ran food is bland, over priced cold No atmosphere, Please require a dress code. As well as a real napkin plastic cups for dressing? Roadside from start to finish.
