We attended the Billy Joel performance at the Jones Theater this weekend and it was absolutely phenomenal!!! I can not even begin to put into words how beautifully stunning the music and acoustic experience was here. You need to experience it yourself in person to really understand how next level amazing it is. They also had the most comfortable velvet seats with arm rests. You can also purchase food & drinks during the intermission too! 10/10 recommend!!! @thathoustonmom

Our tickets were quite expensive, yet because we arrived late we were initially forced to stand in general admission and told—rudely—that we would not be allowed to sit in our purchased seats until intermission. While I understand late-arrival policies, the intermission was too short to reasonably use the restroom and concessions due to extremely long lines. The rigid enforcement around entry and exit, even for basic restroom needs, felt excessive and detracted from the experience.
That said, the performance itself was absolutely amazing and truly world-class.
