Great empanadas! Very tasty and delicious. Not greasy but also not dry. Good value for the location.

Warmly received and got help making selections. Service was quick and cheerful. The empanadas are amazing. It's well worth seeking out. There's a park nearby in the Theatre District that provided a fine place to enjoy and a place to lock up a bicycle.

Got this delivered… chose the $16 lunch combo which said it came with a drink or chips. I chose a drink, but there was no way to choose WHICH drink, so they gave me water. Seems a little bit of a ripoff since it cost me an extra…. $4 almost?? I got the mac n cheese, egg/chorizo/bean, and bacon/dates/goat cheese. The mac n cheese & the egg one were just bland, dry, and very small. The bacon goat cheese one was good, which is why I gave an extra star. The chimichurri was also pretty good, but put cilantro in anything and I’ll eat it. Overall this place just doesn’t compare to a good colombian or venezuelan empanada shop, too bad.

These empanadas are not true empanadas. They were absolutely Americanized and nasty. The location is inside of a building, they said they offer curbside, but they don't truly offer it . The lady on the phone got mad at me when I told her I was her to get a curbside pick up. Bad service, nasty food.

Perfect size. The banana and Nutella had the perfect amount of both, not too sweet at all. Also tried the chicken curry it was great!

These are by far one of the best empanadas I've had. I tried Malbec beef, Mac and cheese, spinach, mushroom, chorizo potato, date bacon goat cheese, corn and the banana Nutella. All of them them were delicious! The only downside is that you have to go into an office building and pay for parking. The upside is that they deliver in downtown.

Empanadas weren't as juicy as I expected. They were rather dry. I didn't pay extra for the sauce because I never needed sauce from other places. Service was excellent! I pre-ordered as I was passing thru downtown and my order was ready to go when I arrived. I would consider ordering again, sometime in the future, but would definitely need to pay for sauce so they aren't so dry tasting.... Not bad, but not the greatest.

The service is quick and the empanadas are delicious. I especially love the mushroom empanada. They only make so many per day so they may run out in the afternoon. The customer service is great and as an added bonus between 1:45 and 2:30pm empanadas are $1!

The wait time for empanadas here are almost 40 minutes, it’s unbelievable that you have to wait so long for

I'm blown away by all the good reviews. The food here is not good. Maybe I'm spoiled by my Venezuelan MIL, but these empenadas aren't even close to the ones she makes. Don't waste your time.

Limited lunch hours like most of the restaurants in the tunnels. I enjoyed the Malbec beef and spinach and cheese flavors.

This has great ratings on here but this stuff taste horrible.Whoever made these, they need to stop! I had 5 different flavours and they were extremely horrible. One of them I could not even finish eat. Plus they are super small in size. Definitely would not recommend.

Visiting from CA, first time in Houston. Was staying at Hyatt Regency and found this place with high ratings and not to far of a walk. When I got there I was confused and front desk told me to take the escalators down....big kudos to Houston having this underground tunnel. It's super clean and runs around 6 miles with plenty to eat and drink. Sorry let's get to the empanadas! Amazing AF! I got the Malbec beef, bbq chicken and bacon cheddar egg. All were delicious but Malbec takes top place overall taste and uniqueness since it would be hard to find another place that serves something like this. Oh don't forget the chimichurri sauce! Enjoy!
