Bought two lemon cakes and both went bad in 2 days. Talked to the store manager to get refund. But while checking out new things, I figured out I was overcharged for something I never bought. Weird experience. Please be alert about your receipt. Make sure check it before you leave the store.

I hope they can make more red bean paste bread. It’s often sold out very early.

A very large bakery from the outside ; spacious on the inside however we were expecting a larger selection given the size of the place. Despite the size there was also little seating which forced us to eat in our car. We got the egg tart and the red bean pastry. The egg tart was amazing; sweet and flaky while also being savory from the egg. The red bean pastry was also good but lacked freshness. Overall would recommend if in the area.

I came here on Christmas Day to pick up some pastries and coffee to go. After paying, I waited quite a long time for our drinks. I remained patient and calm while other customers continued to pick up their orders and leave—many of them after us. Eventually, when no one else was waiting anymore, my husband stepped over to the drink station and asked whether our order might have been missed.
The female barista looked at our receipt and began searching through a receipt box nearby. She went through receipt after receipt, even dumping the entire box out, but still didn’t find anything. During this time, we continued waiting, and she didn’t take our receipt from us either. Another barista came over and was told what had happened. They finally asked for our receipt and began making the drinks without saying anything to us.
One finished drink was placed on the counter with a “here you go” tone, as if that was all. Before she walked away, I said, “Excuse me, we ordered two drinks.” She replied, “Oh, what’s the other one?” I explained both orders because I didn’t know which drink had already been made. She made the second drink and placed it on the counter, but again, I didn’t know which drink was which, so I asked. She told us and walked away.
I then noticed there were no order stickers on the cups, which they usually use. I’m not sure why that changed, but it may explain
how the order was missed or mixed up. I understand it was Christmas and the staff was working hard, and I don’t expect constant smiles. However, the overall mood felt cold, and no one apologized for the long wait or the confusion. I left feeling disappointed and wishing I had chosen another coffee shop today.

Paris Baguette is way better than this place. Quality of pastries is just ok. Nothing attractive about this place.

This establishment has authentically transplanted traditional Taiwanese flavors to Houston. If you appreciate Taiwanese-style bakery products and hand-shaken beverages, this is a must-try.

I came here to buy a decaffeinated drink. I noticed the worker made the drink and was about to put a lid on the drink when he noticed he made a caffeinated. Thai then proceeded to remake the drink correctly. I recommend going to this place as they will make your drink correctly!
